We are excited to introduce Business Shaping for Entrepreneurs a 1-day workshop that helps startups and small businesses to validate their business goals, shape their business model and create a two-year activity roadmap for growth.

As startup owners and entrepreneurs – you’ve all heard the stats. According to Bloomberg 8 out of 10 businesses fail in their first 5 years. There is a lot more to this statistic of course, but the main reason for failure is the lack of strategy and planning. Founders, owners and staff are too busy doing and reacting, to take the time to think strategically and shape their business for growth and success. Most lack the structure and direction to be able to achieve great things and fail to turn their dreams into reality.

Business Shaping for Entrepreneurs  will show you why and how strategy should be at the core of everything that a business does in order to ensure success. We live and breathe this at Stratability – its even in the name!

Having an idea and starting out is the easy part. We want to help you through the harder bit where knowing what you want to achieve, having clear goals and a strategy for executing them is what will give you the edge to continue and thrive.

The course series takes participants through The Strategy Journey® for a startup or small business and helps its leaders to define specific outcomes that they want to achieve.

Business Shaping for Entrepreneurs | Stratability Learning

Our 2x 1-day workshops cover:

  • testing your business idea
  • ensuring your business model is viable,
  • reviewing your target customer segment,
  • plotting your early stage resources for scaling, and
  • documenting your mission and vision

On completion, participants will have created a high level mission model and/or a 2-year growth roadmap for their business that is aligned with goals and objectives and be in the position to build their business from this plan. As well as the skills that we will be teaching you, there will be plenty of time to network too and fine-tune or practice your stakeholder management capabilities.

We recommend the course for anyone who works in a startup or is thinking of starting a new business. The course is also very useful for SMBs especially those in their first 2 years who are looking to learn more about scaling up effectively. The goal is to provide participants with the practical tools and techniques to help them to build and transform their businesses with Agility, Accountability & Action™.
